Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is meeting G7 countries nearly on Tuesday to ask for further air defence munitions, among other demands. US President Joe Biden has said he’s willing to supply further air defence systems to Ukraine after Russia bombed several of its crucial metropolises Monday( October 10), killing 19, injuring scores and inflicting ruinous damage on critical structure. The strikes continued in the southeastern city of Zaporizhzhia on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation( NATO) is considering holding a virtual peak, a European diplomat told Reuters on Tuesday. No date has been fixed for the peak. Meanwhile, India was among the countries to bounce in favour of a stir rejecting Russia’s plan for a secret ballot in the UN General Assembly( UNGA) on a resolution. The draft resolution is to denounce Russia’s “ illegal ” annexation of four areas of Ukraine and is likely to be taken up Wednesday. Russiaclaims it adjoined the four areas after a vote where a maturity of the residers decided for Russia.

A Kremlin spokesperson said on Tuesday that US promises to supply further air defence systems to Ukraine will only “ extend the conflict and induce further pain for Ukraine ”.On the G7 peak, Reuters quoted the spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, as saying, “ The mood of this peak is formerly egregious and predictable.
